In 2015, Besa Kabashi-Ramaj founded B.K.R. & Associates so she could combine her expertise in security and intelligence with her management and leadership experience to help institutions, organizations, professionals and young leaders in Kosovo and around the globe. Her goal is to help clients improve and transform themselves in order to achieve their objectives, regardless of location, environment or cultural differences.
